/v1/videos/{id}/cancelVideos — Cancel Job
Cancel a video job that has not yet completed.
Moves a job that has not yet completed to cancelled. A cancelled job is
not charged (billing.state: "void").

}Cancelling a job already in a terminal state returns the resource unchanged with 200 (idempotent).
